Hard to judge because we stopped halfway through to eat a bunch. We bought the wrappers at 99 ranch. Some of them broke because they were overstuffed (we ran out of wrappers), but most were okay (some stuck to the bottom of the boiling pot and broke). We put egg yolk and corn starch in the mix to sop up some of the liquid so it wouldn't break when boiling. It took several hours, I’d say.
